To produce and distribute for public view,
Under this option, its specifications and rules,
HDDVideo feature movies from said optioned source-text,
Under its Strategic-Director'ship by the liaison:

The rights of option shall include:

the interminable right to develop, budget, package, produce, distribute, feature movies from the project NEMO SOURCE
the right to extend to derivatives {eg. stage, theme-park}
the nontransferrable right to schedule said developments, productions
the right to remake
the unpreëmptible right to contribute 10% back-end (net) profits to the source option grantor, project NEMO
the exercisable right to contribute 10% back-end (net) profits to SesQuaTercet's parent
the right to subrogate production
the right to surrogate production unto (but not above) the liaison from NEMO
the right to deliver and return the registrations of said results to project NEMO
additional rights as may be deemed necessary to maintain this option

the right to order production of periphernalia {eg. spaceship insignia}
the right to copyright and patent as necessary to protect the productions
