the right to first-refusal on sequels
the right to first refusal on remakes
the right to [keep] a copy of the project 'lambhorn' SOURCE
the right to extend to derivatives {eg. stage, theme-park}
the nontransferrable right to schedule said developments, productions
the exercisable right to contribute 10% back-end net profits to project 'lambhorn'
the right to subrogate production
the right to surrogate production unto (but not above) the liaison from 'lambhorn'
the right to deliver and return the registrations of said results to project 'lambhorn'
additional rights as may be deemed necessary to maintain this option

the right to order production of periphernalia {eg. spaceship insignia}
the right to copyright and patent as necessary to protect the productions
